Dogfish Head 120
minute IPA
Too extreme to be called beer? Brewed to a colossal
45-degree plato, boiled for a full 2 hours while being
continuously hopped with high-alpha American hops, then
dry-hopped daily in the fermenter for a month & aged for nother
month on whole-leaf hops!!! Our 120 Minute I.P.A. is by far the
biggest I.P.A. ever brewed! At 20% abv and 120 ibus you can see
why we call this beer THE HOLY GRAIL for hopheads!

Dogfish head Fort
A strong ale brewed with a ridiculous amount of pureed
raspberries (over a ton of em!).
The World's Strongest Fruit Beer with over a ton of Oregon and
Delaware raspberries that were dosed in, slowly, over a two
month primary fermentation. This process produced lots of
complex fruit aromas and flavors without being too sweet.
Warrior hops, 45 IBUs. 915 pils malt and 9% malted wheat.

Dogfish head World Wide Stout
YES! This is the beer you've heard so much about. Dark,
rich, roasty and complex, World Wide Stout has more in common
with a fine port than a can of cheap, mass-marketed beer. Brewed
with a ridiculous amount of barley. Have one with (or as!)
dessert tonight!18+% abv

Thomas Hardy's Ale
Scarce, subtle and complex, Thomas Hardy’s Ale is the beer
enthusiast’s equivalent of rare cognac. Bottle-conditioned to
mature in the bottle like fine wine, this old ale/barley wine
will improve with age for at least 26 years (and we’re still
counting!). Not for the faint of palate, especially when young
and brash, maturity brings an elegance of flavors unmatched by
any other beer—if you have the patience to cellar it for at
least a decade.
Best stored and served at cellar temperature—about 55°F—in a
snifter. Sip it after dinner with a rich cigar |

Sam Adams Triple Bock
Though the little cobalt bottles still decorate the
shelves today, this beer only had 3 vintage releases; 1994,
1995, and 1997. Brewed with two row malted barley, water, Noble
hops and yeast, along with maple syrup, it was then aged several
months in oak whiskey barrels before being bottled. At the time
it was considered the world's strongest beer, and a precursor of
today's Extreme Beers."should be savored like
a fine cognac or a vintage port," "complexity and nobility of a
great wine," "charred oak barrels for long and slow aging," "the
cork finish preserves the delicate flavors," "this beer is like
nothing ever brewed,".
